We keep hearing that “not enough is known about the brain and about how different types of brain injury affect it and your life,” and honestly, it’s frustrating. When you’re living with a brain injury—or supporting someone who is—it can feel like you’re constantly searching for answers that just aren’t there. Every injury is different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all guide. The lack of understanding makes everything harder, from getting the right care to explaining what you’re going through to others. It’s isolating, and it shouldn’t be. We need more research, more awareness, and more people willing to listen and learn.
This is where you can find your chance to help find the answers we are looking for.
Bellow are links to different research projects and pilot programs happening that relate to brain injury. No pressure, if you would like to be a part of it all, just click on the links and see if you’re interested.
