WORLDS BIGGEST BEANIE – Brain Injury Awareness

Join us as the WORLDS BIGGEST BEANIE FOR BRAIN INJURY AWARENESS is unveiled!

This Sunday 25th August 2024 is the last day of Brain Injury Awareness Week 2024, and to celebrate, Belinda Adams from Citrine Sun Entertainment, The Hopkins Centre and The Brain Injury Community invite you to watch this amazing beanie being constructed.

This beanie is the biggest beanie Brisbane has ever seen.

In front of the iconic Story Bridge, as part of a documentary to raise awareness for brain injury, made up of unique handmade squares crafted by volunteers all over Australia and world wide, symbolising the often invisible journey of each and every brain injury survivor and their individual stories.

If you would like to share your individual story, and be filmed to be a part of this amazing event, send us an email or just let one of our volunteers know on the day.

Bring a blanket, a chair and your picnic, join us to raise the Worlds Biggest Beanie for Brain Injury Awareness.
